Weaver's Gift Certificates

Can't decide on that Mayberry gift?  Last minute shopping? 
Give a Weaver's Gift Certificate and let them choose a gift.

Directions:

Issue To Name: name of the person to whom the Gift going
Issue To Email: email address of the person to whom the Gift going (so we can notify them)
Gift Message: note of your choice to the receiver
Amount: if the 4 amount choices doesn't meet your need, submit a second order to combine for a total dollar amount (i.e. $20+$50 for $70 total)

Weaver's will notify the recipient by email of their gift and the value along with the "gift message" you provide.
